Custom-Made Sportswear Orders

Eking Sports manufactures custom jerseys, team uniforms, OEM sportswear, and private-label apparel based on buyer-approved details. Each custom order is made according to the confirmed product type, quantity, fabric, decoration, sizing, artwork, labels, packaging, and shipping requirements.

Artwork, Logos, and Rights

The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use submitted logos, names, numbers, sponsors, trademarks, artwork, and reference designs. Eking Sports uses submitted files for quote, mockup, sampling, production, and order communication.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing depends on product type, quantity, fabric, decoration method, labels, packaging, artwork complexity, and shipping requirements. Production starts after order details and payment terms are confirmed in writing.

Approvals and Changes

Buyers should review mockups, samples, artwork, colors, sizing, labels, packaging, and other order details carefully before approval. Changes after approval may affect cost, production schedule, and delivery arrangements.

Lead Times

Sample time and bulk lead time vary by product, quantity, customization, and production schedule. Lead times are estimates unless specifically agreed in writing.

Shipping

Shipping method, cost, delivery time, customs requirements, duties, and taxes depend on the destination and agreed shipping terms. Buyers should provide accurate delivery information before shipment.
